Hello, we are The Honourable Fish! A new production company started by me, Robin. I have always been a lover of audio content especially full-cast dramas from companies like Big Finish, HPLHS and the BBC but my absolute favorites are the more comedic titles like The Scarifyers by Bafflegab productions. In my youth and even during my studies in university, I tried to get several productions off the ground but it always failed due to one reason or another. Now after a few years away, I finally have a full production under my belt with a small team of really great and creative people. It's been such a joy getting this off the ground but enough about me, what is the play about?

When the ancient god of insects wakes up from his 300 million year slumber, he seeks the aid of a human thrall, someone with magical power that he can use. Sadly his options are slim leaving him with Donton: a sorcerer-in-training who’s deathly afraid of all insects. Joined by a sarcastic beetle advisor and a telepathic worm in his shoulder, Donton must prevent mass chaos as Thoramagog declares his intent to achieve revolution, and a brand-new Holy Land for insects everywhere.

This audio tale is surely to take you from terrifying heights to the smelliest and darkest depths. There's gonna be bugs galore and plenty more!

A nervous, well-meaning trainee sorcerer who just wants purpose… and got lumbered with a mad God instead. Terrified of bugs, easily overwhelmed, but surprisingly finds himself attracted to his God's cause.
Donton
The Red Cardinal
A cardinal beetle who carries himself like that of a polite Victorian politician. He's devoted to Thoramagog, overly formal, and perpetually exasperated by humanity.
Thoramagog
​An ancient insectoid deity who once commanded armies of insects the size of horses. After 300 million years of sleep, he finds himself in a world he hates: sunlight, mammals, and the unending torment of noise. Dramatic, powerful, and prone to changing his plans.
Gastro
A centuries-old sorcerer with far too many schemes and surprisingly even more children… Definitely bad news.
